We realize that the cost of your treatment may vary on your individual needs and treatment plan. At your appointment we will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment plan options. This way you can make the best choice for you, your smile and your family.

Dental Insurance Policies

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care whenever you need it. We are pleased to accept most major dental insurances. In order to maximize the cost effectiveness of your treatment, Wagner Family Dentistry is proud to participate as a preferred provider (PPO) with a select number of insurance programs:

Even if we do not participate with your insurance plan, we will gladly help you with your claim, by submitting your paperwork as a courtesy to you. At your first appointment, please bring your insurance information, forms, policy holder’s card, and/or group number to expedite insurance processing.

Payment

Cash: For patients without dental insurance: if you pay in cash or check at the time of your appointment we will offer you a 5 percent discount on your treatment, or 10% discount for 60 years and older. Conditions may apply.

Check: We welcome personal and certified checks.

Debit and Credit: We accept debit cards and Visa/Master credit cards

Appointment Cancellation

We know there are times and situations that may prevent you from keeping your appointment. If this happens, please realize that we need 48 hours notice to avoid a missed appointment charge. We require time to offer the appointment time to someone else, as we do not overbook our schedule.
